Botox is a purified form of botulinum toxin used to temporarily relax the facial muscles that create dynamic wrinkles — lines from repeated expressions like frowning and squinting. Softening those muscles smooths forehead lines, frown lines, and crow's feet for a refreshed, natural look. How long does Botox last?
Botox typically lasts three to four months. As it wears off, movement returns and you can schedule a maintenance visit. Daxxify, which we also offer, can last longer — often up to six months.

All four are FDA-approved neurotoxins that relax muscles to smooth wrinkles. They differ in formulation, onset, and duration. Dysport and Xeomin are alternatives some patients prefer; Daxxify is known for longer-lasting results. Your provider helps choose the best fit.
