Faseeha Raza is a board-certified and licensed Physician Associate with interests in Dermatology and Facial Aesthetics. She graduated with a Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Baldwin Wallace University and completed her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Cleveland State University.
Her passion for practicing cosmetic dermatology began during her clinical training at the Cleveland Clinic, where she worked alongside Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and Moh’s Surgeons to gain knowledge about various skin conditions. There she diagnosed and evaluated patients with skin cancers, hair and nail conditions and cosmetic concerns.
Faseeha also serves as Chair for SDPA Distance Medical Education Committee and is an active member of Texas Association of PAs. Previously she served as Member Board of Trustees for Dermatology PA Foundation and Director of Community Health Education for CISC free clinic.
Her drive to excel in medical and cosmetic dermatology led her to specialize and pursue certifications in various non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Currently, she is an advance injector and an aesthetic trainer.

Dr. Muhammad Raza is the Medical Director at Chic Derm & Aesthetics. He is an Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Board Certified Physician and has been practicing since 2002. Dr. Raza has worked in the roles of Chair of Critical Care, Director of Regional Pulmonary and Critical Care since 2012.
Before moving to Dallas, Texas Dr. Raza has served as a Director of Medical ICU & Chairman of Critical Care Department at various organizations including the Cleveland Clinic. He also has a Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare. Dr. Raza has been recently recognized as Educator of the Year for his dedication to teaching Medical Fellows, Residents, and Physician Assistants.
